Statement About Feather Client

Trust is at the heart of everything we do at Tebex. Fairness, transparency, and putting players first will always be central to our beliefs.

We are aware of the allegations regarding fraudulent and deceptive practices by Feather Client, as highlighted in CalebIsSalty’s video.

Upon reviewing the findings, and based on the evidence currently available, they appear credible.

This type of behavior runs counter to our values. The creator ecosystem is built on trust - between platforms, server owners, partners, and buyers. When that trust is abused, the damage reverberates far beyond a single actor, and these allegations, if shown to be true, represent a deliberate violation that harms customers, partners, and the broader Minecraft ecosystem at a meaningful scale.

Tebex’s  role is to provide legitimate, transparent, and compliant monetization solutions and we hold that line. To that end, Tebex have stopped selling Feather Client content, and will not work with Feather Client or other affiliated brands, effective immediately.

While Feather Client is partnered with  many individuals, creators and partners, we are not suggesting that all of them were aware of what happened.

We ask that the community treat them with fairness and respect as facts emerge as they, just like the rest of the community, deserve full transparency.

For the individuals who were responsible or aware, we expect nothing less than full accountability, on behalf of our partners, buyers and the wider community who are critical to this ecosystem.
